Our core products which include Precision Springs and Wire-Form Parts are primarily supplied to the Original Euipmement Manufacturers (OEMs), whereby they find critical applications in the areas of Automotive Transmission, Electric Cars, Sensors, Medical field and other industrial utilisation.
At REX, we extend our comprehensive and valuable support to our customers in creation of new designs and developing components as per their requirements. We also enable prototype samples for testing, along with developing the manufacturing processes and lending support for the production operations. - Rex Precision is third tire supplier for US automotive company. Manufactures, Magazine Clutch springs in high volume with tape & reel packaging to suit their automated assembly line.
- Company has developed special capability of manufacturing critical application components, using Nitinol speciality material typically used in Medical and in some automotive applications.
- Rex Precision also developed capability of manufacturing miniature soft solder wire rings typically used in electronics industries.
